EYFS
Darling Class (Nursery) - Monday
Rashford Class (Reception) - Wednesday
Nightingale Class (Reception) – Wednesday
Children in Reception are expected to come to school every Wednesday dressed in suitable PE clothing. They will stay in their PE kit for the entire day, so please ensure they are dressed appropriately for both physical activity and comfort throughout the school day.
KS1
Lee Class (Year 1) – Wednesday and Friday
Hamilton Class (Year 1) – Wednesday and Friday
Picasso Class (Year 2) – Tuesday and Thursday
Armstrong Class (Year 2) – Tuesday and Thursday
Children in Key Stage 1 are expected to arrive at school in their regular school uniform and change into their PE kits during the school day. We kindly ask that PE kits are kept in school either on a weekly basis or for the entire half term. This helps to reduce the likelihood of kits being forgotten and ensures that all children are prepared for their PE lessons.
PE clothing should consist of the following:
Trainers/Pumps
Plain white t-shirt
Black/navy shorts (warmer weather)
Black/navy Jogging bottoms (cooler weather)
Black/navy long sleeved top or hoodie
For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted to wear jewellery, including pierced earrings, during PE. As staff are not allowed to remove or replace children’s earrings, we kindly ask that earrings be taken out at home on PE days if your child is unable to remove them independently. This will help ensure that your child can take part in PE safely and without disruption
